"New" Board of Directors
(Effective 7-9-11)
The Board of Directors are elected by the Members of the Association and serve a three (3) year term. The Board shall consist of no fewer than five (5) members and no more than fifteen (15). The Members of the Association can vote to increase or decrease the number of Directors.
